Hourly rates start at £50 for a Mercedes-Benz E-Class, £70 for a seven-seat Mercedes-Benz V-Class, £75 for a Mercedes-Benz S-Class or BMW i7, £110 for a Range Rover Autobiography and £140 for a Mercedes-Benz Jet Class. A Rolls-Royce Ghost or Mercedes-Maybach is £180 an hour, a Rolls-Royce Phantom or Cullinan £250. All rates include VAT.
Yes. Four-hour and ten-hour bookings are priced as a package, and a ten-hour day costs 10% less than ten single hours — a Mercedes-Benz E-Class is £450 for the day rather than £500, a Mercedes-Benz S-Class £675 rather than £750.
Every price includes VAT at 20%, the London congestion charge and the ULEZ charge where they apply, and complimentary waiting time. There is no separate booking fee and no card surcharge.
At airports you have 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the moment your flight lands. For a pick-up at an address the complimentary waiting time is 15 minutes from the booked time. Waiting beyond that is charged at the vehicle's hourly rate.
Journeys outside London are quoted individually. As a rule a booking should start or finish in London, and from there we will drive as far as you need anywhere in the UK. If both ends are far from London the car still has to come out from central London, so the price stops being comfortable for the client — those journeys are rare and we quote them case by case.
Yes. For journeys within the UK a booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. For journeys to Paris and other European cities the free cancellation window is 48 hours. The full terms are set out on our terms and conditions page.
