North and South terminals

Gatwick has two terminals, North and South, and they sit apart from one another. Your terminal is printed on your boarding pass and flight confirmation — tell us at the time of booking and your chauffeur will be waiting in the right one.

If the terminal is not yet known, or is changed at short notice, it makes no difference to us: we track the flight and confirm the actual arrival terminal before you land. A free shuttle connects the two terminals, but you will not need it — the car comes to where you arrive.

Flight tracking and free waiting time

We track your flight number against the arrivals board and move the pickup time with the actual landing. Delays, early arrivals and terminal changes are handled without you doing anything, and without a charge for the change.

You have 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from touchdown — enough for passport control, baggage reclaim and the walk to arrivals. If you are held up longer, your chauffeur will wait; a message or a call is all it takes.

The drive into central London usually takes 70 to 100 minutes. The distance is 45 km, but the traffic on the M23, the M25 and the approach into town decides the rest. Nights and early mornings are quicker; weekday peaks are slower. Your chauffeur leaves with time in hand and chooses the route on the day.
